The wave-shaped serrations cut clean through a ripe tomato without squishing it, which my old knife never managed. Having my name engraved on the handle is a nice touch too, and the ACUTO440 steel still looks new after a few weeks of daily use.
The serrated edge really does glide through ripe tomatoes without squishing them, which my old knife always did. Got it personalized with my initials too, and the engraving looks clean rather than rushed.
The wave-shaped serrations actually glide through ripe tomatoes without squishing them, which I didn't expect from a knife at this price. The ACUTO440 steel also feels solid in the hand. It's become the one I reach for first.
