Three bottles lasted me almost two months of near-daily cooking, which surprised me. The oil itself is genuinely neutral, so my stir-fries taste like the vegetables instead of the oil.
The aluminum bottle is a nice touch — no plastic taste and it pours cleanly without dripping. I've been using it for searing and stir-frying and nothing sticks or smokes up. Three bottles means I'm not running out mid-week.
The aluminum bottles are such a practical touch for kitchen storage, and the neutral flavor really let the garlic and herbs in my stir-fry come through cleanly. Three 16-ounce bottles arrived neatly packed, and I've already gone through one—it handled high heat without smoking up my tiny apartment.
