Navrženo pro dlouhé pečení, pomalé dušení a servírování přímo na stůl. Silné litinové stěny udrží teplo, zatímco odolná smaltovaná vrstva bez třísek usnadňuje čištění.
Browned a pork shoulder on the stove and the enamel didn't even show a scratch afterward, then it went straight from braise to table and kept dinner warm the whole time. The silicone lid is a nice touch for when I don't want the cast-iron weight of the main one.
The lid fits snugly and the silicone edge makes it easy to lift without burning my fingers, which I appreciate. I've slow-braised a chuck roast for three hours and the heat distribution was impressively even, plus the enamel wiped clean with just a sponge.
I was skeptical about the enamel chipping, but after a month of weekly stews and one dramatic upside-down cornbread flip, it's still flawless and the heat distribution is unreal. The silicone lid is a quiet lifesaver too—no rattling while I simmer for hours.
