First batch of chicken wings came out with that crispy skin I’ve been chasing for years, and the green color actually makes my baking sheet look cheerful. They rinse clean in seconds, so I’ve already used them three times this week.

The silicone is sturdy but flexible enough that nothing slides off when I flip the rack. My veggies came out with actual charred edges instead of sitting in their own juice, which never happened with my old metal setup.

My roast chicken finally has that crispy skin I keep chasing—the little gaps in the rack let the heat circulate underneath so the bottom isn't soggy. Cleanup is just a quick rinse, which beats scrubbing a metal pan any day. I’ve already used all four in one session for a big veggie spread.
