Customer Reviews (4.6 / 5 · 5 reviews)
These things cut through a thick ribeye like it's butter, zero sawing or shredding, and the German steel holds an edge surprisingly well after a month of weekly use. The weight feels balanced in the hand, sturdy enough for chops without being clunky. Exactly what a steak knife should be.
I’ve had cheaper steak knives that shredded everything, but these German steel blades actually slice clean through a thick ribeye without any sawing. The serration is still holding up well after a month of weekly use, and the handles feel solid in my grip.
The red handles are a nice pop of color in my drawer, but the real win is the German steel—it kept a solid edge through four dinners without any touch-up. Even my kids’ chicken cutlets sliced clean without the usual shredding mess.
