The handles stay cool enough to move it from stovetop to oven with just a towel, which I didn’t expect. I seared chicken, threw it in the oven, and made a pan sauce right after—the nonstick held up beautifully through it all.
The glass lid is a nice heavy touch, and the two handles make it easy to carry from the oven straight to the table. I seared a roast on the stove and slid the whole thing in to finish, and cleanup was just a quick wipe.
I’ve used it for searing then straight into the oven, and the glass lid means I can peek without losing heat. The pan sauce came together easily right in the same pan, no sticking at the bottom. It’s become my go-to for weeknight roasts and Sunday dinners alike.
