These have a nice heft in the hand compared to the flimsy set I had before, and the German steel really does feel solid. Used them on grilled chicken last night and they sliced right through without tearing the meat.
The serrated edge cut through a thick ribeye without tearing it up, which my old smooth knives always did. German steel feels solid and they've held their sharpness after a few rounds in the dishwasher.
These have a nice weight in the hand without feeling clunky, and the German steel really shows when you're cutting through a thick ribeye. The serrated edge glides through chicken without tearing it up too. Honestly better than the set I had for years.
