The blue finish actually looks sharp in person, and the ACUTO440 steel holds its edge through a full week of meal prep without me having to reach for the sharpener. The chef’s knife feels perfectly balanced for chopping onions and herbs, and the pair covers just about everything I cook.
These two have basically replaced half my knife drawer. The blade keeps its edge through a whole week of meal prep, and the blue color makes them easy to spot in the sink.
