Una versión más ligera de la clásica olla holandesa. Acero inoxidable grueso de 5 capas para un excelente control del calor, ideal para sopas, guisos, pasta y comidas de una sola olla.
The 5-ply base heats so evenly that I don't get scorched spots when I sweat onions for soup. It's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron pot, which makes lifting a full batch of pasta off the stove way easier.
I've been using this for Sunday braises and the 5-ply steel holds a steady simmer way better than my old pot. It's noticeably lighter too, so lifting a full pot of stew off the stove doesn't feel like a workout.
The 5-ply base heats so evenly that I barely have to adjust the flame when browning meat, and it's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron pot. Made a big batch of chili in it last night and cleanup took two minutes.
