Finally, a glass lid that actually fits my carbon steel pans without wobbling around—the tempered glass feels sturdy and the fit is snug. It keeps the moisture locked in so my stews barely need extra water, and I can see everything cooking without lifting it.

Steam beads up nicely under this tempered glass, so I can actually see when my sauce is bubbling without lifting it and losing heat. It's solid and heavy enough to feel durable, and swapping between the 10 and 12 on different pans has been seamless.

The 10-inch lid sits perfectly on my pan, and that tempered glass is seriously sturdy—it handled a drop onto tile without a scratch. Steam beads up on the inside and drips right back into the food, so my stews come out far more moist than with a plain metal cover.
