The paring knife has become my go-to for hulling strawberries and trimming green beans, and it's stayed sharp through weeks of daily use. The rust-proof steel still looks brand new after hand washing, no spots at all.
The serrated knife sliced through a crusty loaf without squishing it, which my old one never managed. The three sizes cover basically everything I cook in a week, and the rust-proof steel still looks new after a month of daily use.
Had to swap out my old scratched-up knives and these three cover everything I actually cook. The chef's knife feels properly balanced and the serrated one glides through crusty bread without tearing it, plus the rust-proof steel wipes clean in seconds.
