Miles J. ★★★★★

Tossed it straight into the dishwasher after browning chicken thighs and it came out spotless, no warping at all. The weight feels solid without being clumsy to flip eggs in.

The sear I got on a steak last night was restaurant-level, way better than my old nonstick ever managed. And the fact that it's dishwasher-safe means I actually use it on weeknights instead of saving it for special occasions.

Took it straight from the box to a screaming-hot burner for a steak sear and not a single warp after it cooled down. Cleanup was just a quick rinse since it went in the dishwasher without any drama. This thing feels like it’ll outlive my stove.
