The wide cooking surface is the real win here — I fit a whole chicken plus vegetables in it and still had room to stir. Cleanup was a breeze since it went straight into the dishwasher.
Browned six pork chops in one go without crowding them, then moved straight to braising in the same pan. The stainless cleans up way easier than I expected, and it went in the dishwasher after.
The wide surface gives so much room that I seared four pork chops at once without them touching, and the fond came up easily with a splash of wine. It's heavy in a reassuring way, but the handles stay cool enough to grab. Going straight into the dishwasher afterward still feels like cheating.
