Cucchiaio forato

The silicone head drains liquid fast without dropping the food, and it hasn't scratched my nonstick pan once. Picked up a whole poached egg with it this morning and nothing slid off.

Used this to scoop potatoes out of boiling water and the slots drain fast without anything slipping through. The silicone head is gentle enough that it doesn't scratch my nonstick pot.

The silicone head actually grips slippery stuff like poached eggs instead of letting them slide off, and the slots drain broth fast without losing the food. Been using it daily for a week and it's holding up fine in the dishwasher too.
