3.5" Paring Knife (ACUTO440

The size is what sold me and it delivers—fits my hand perfectly for trimming green beans and slicing peaches without feeling clumsy. Blade came sharp enough to glide through tomato skin on the first try.

I mostly use this little thing for hulling strawberries and it glides right through the tops without squishing the fruit. The 3.5" blade is tiny enough that I can hold it comfortably for handheld trimming.

Peeling apples has never been this quick for me. The blade goes through peach skin without any pressure, and it's small enough that my hand doesn't cramp during a whole bowl of strawberries.
