My pasta sauce used to stain my old spoon no matter how fast I scrubbed, but this one rinses totally clean with zero lingering garlic smell. The resistance to warping is real too—it’s sat next to a hot pan more times than I can count and still lies perfectly flat.
Threw out my old wooden spoon after it started smelling like last week’s garlic, and this one’s been solid for daily sauces and stir-fries. It doesn’t warp in the dishwasher like I half-expected, though I still hand-wash it to be safe. Only wish the handle were a touch longer for deeper pots.
