First fry this morning and the eggs slid right off without a drop of oil, which I honestly didn’t believe coating-free could do. The glass lid fits snug, so I can watch the omelet puff up without losing steam. This thing’s a keeper.

I've been using this pan for a few weeks now and the coating-free surface really holds up—eggs slide right off without any oil. The carbon build feels sturdier than my old nonstick pans, and it's nice knowing there's no chemical coating to worry about wearing away over time.

The glass lid fits snugly and lets me watch the bacon crisp without lifting it, and the coating-free surface genuinely releases eggs with just a swipe of butter. Two weeks of daily use and it still looks brand new, which is more than I can say for my old scratched-up pans.
