The silicone head is sturdy enough to flip a salmon fillet without it flaking apart, yet thin enough to get right under a fried egg without tearing the yolk. Cleanup is a quick rinse and wipe. This is my go-to for anything delicate on the stove now.

The thin, flexible head really does slide under a fried egg without tearing the yolk—first try, no joke. Fish fillets come off the pan in one clean piece instead of crumbling like before. My old metal spatula is going in the donation box.
