I keep reaching for these shears instead of a knife for snipping herbs and cutting up chicken. The blades stay sharp through it all and they're comfortable to grip even during longer prep sessions.

These have basically replaced my knife for half the stuff I used to do on a board — I cut up a whole roast chicken with them last night and barely had to work at it. They also sliced through parchment paper cleanly instead of tearing it, which I didn't expect to care about but here we are.

Snips right through chicken bones without any wobble, which surprised me for shears this size. They've basically replaced my knife for breaking down poultry and cutting parchment.
