I've been cooking with these daily for a few weeks and the blades still slice through tomatoes without squishing them. The blue finish is actually really pretty in person too, way nicer than the photos show.
The two little tools in this set turned out to be the surprise — I use the peeler way more than I expected. Five knives covers everything I actually cook, and the blades came sharp enough to slice tomatoes clean on the first try.
The blue finish on these knives looks even better in person than I expected, and it hasn't shown a single scratch after a few weeks of daily use. Having the two extra tools right in the set means I'm not digging through drawers when I need them.
