Carter I. ★★★★★

I reached for this to fold blueberries into a delicate batter and the edge scraped the bowl clean without crushing a single berry. Then I used the same one on a stiff cookie dough and it held up fine. The blade's flexible enough for scraping and still sturdy enough for the dense stuff.

Ryan ★★★★★

Didn't expect a spatula to handle thick cookie dough without flexing, but this one scraped the bowl clean and folded the batter with zero drama. Fine edges got every last bit out of the corner of my mixing bowl too.

Mia ★★★★★

I was worried it would bend under my sourdough, but this thing powers through dense dough without flexing and still glides through cake batter without deflating it. Both edges did exactly what I needed them to do.
