Schiller - Klassiek Blauw

I've peeled through a whole bag of potatoes and a few apples without the blade snagging once, and it barely takes off any flesh with the skin. The blue handle is also grippier than my old peeler, even when my hands are wet from rinsing produce.

The blade glides through carrots and apples with almost no resistance, and it really does take off just a whisper-thin layer so I’m not wasting half the potato. It's become my go-to for everything from zucchini ribbons to peeling kiwi, which I never thought I’d bother with before.
