The blue color is a nice pop in my kitchen, and the racks are flexible enough to pop right out of the pan without scratching it. My roast chicken came out with that crispy skin all over instead of the soggy bottom I always got before.
I was skeptical a rack could make that much difference, but these silicone ones actually let the air hit the bottom of my chicken — crispy skin all the way around, no steaming. They popped right in the dishwasher afterward with no stains, and the blue is cheerful enough to leave out on the counter.
The blue one looks great on my sheet pan, and the silicone really does let air get underneath—my roast potatoes came out with crispy bottoms instead of soggy ones.
