Bygget for harde steker, langsom småkoking og servering ved bordet. Tykke støpejernsvegger holder på varmen, mens slitesterk, flisbestandig emalje gjør rengjøringen enkel.
The lid seals tight enough that my stew barely lost any liquid over three hours on low, and the enamel inside wiped clean with just a sponge. Even after a hard sear the heat stayed steady, which is exactly what I needed for browning then braising in one pot.
The sage color looks even better in person than on screen, and the silicone lid is a genius touch—no more foil tents during slow braises. Cleanup after a hard sear was just a quick wipe, which is more than I can say for my old pot.
I was skeptical about another dutch oven, but the enamel inside is genuinely chip-proof—I've scraped it with a metal spoon and it's flawless. The cast-iron walls sear a steak beautifully while the lid keeps every bit of steam in; cleanup was just a quick wipe.
