Used them on a big ribeye last night and the serrated edge just glided through without shredding the meat, exactly what I wanted. The weight in hand feels balanced too, not flimsy like other sets I've owned. Really glad I grabbed these before they sold out.
The white finish looks sleek on the table, and the serrated edges sliced through a grilled chicken breast without shredding it. Only gripe is they're final sale, so I couldn't exchange if the handle felt off.
