The higher side walls finally hold sauces without splashing everywhere, and the glass lid means I can watch my eggs set without lifting it. It’s already darkening beautifully after just a few uses, so the “forever pan” claim actually feels real.
I’ve been rotating between the 10" and 12" depending on how many I’m feeding, and the glass lid is a game-changer for keeping an eye on sauces without losing heat. Three weeks in, eggs still glide right off with barely a slick of oil, and it somehow cleans up even faster than my old nonstick did.
The higher side walls were the reason I bought these, and they make flipping veggies way less messy than my old flat pan. The glass lid is handy for checking dinner without letting the heat out, and the nonstick surface is honestly impressive. Being coating-free and non-toxic was the clincher for me
