Zaprojektowany do intensywnego obsmażania, powolnego duszenia i serwowania przy stole. Grube żeliwne ścianki utrzymują ciepło, a trwała, odporna na odpryski emalia ułatwia czyszczenie.
The enamel surface wiped clean after a messy beef stew, which surprised me—no soaking or scrubbing needed. The lid fits snugly and the gray looks sharp right on the table.
Seared a chuck roast for over three hours on low and it came out fork-tender, the thick walls held the heat perfectly even with the lid off. The gray finish looks sharp on the table and the grill lid is a nice bonus for crisping things up without splattering the stovetop.
The enamel inside is a total breeze to wipe down after a hard sear, even with stuck-on bits. The gray finish looks sharp on the table straight out of the oven, and the silicone lid gets a nice snug fit without any clatter.
