The blue handles make these easy to spot in a crowded drawer, and they cut through chicken bones without any wobble. Used them to snip herbs and open a stubborn parchment box the same afternoon.
I've been reaching for these shears more than my knife lately — they cut through chicken bones without any wobble, and the blue handles are easy to spot in a crowded drawer. The built-in bottle opener on the handle is a small touch I didn't expect to use as much as I do.
I grabbed these mainly for breaking down whole chickens and they cut through bone and joints way easier than my old pair. The blue handles are a nice touch too, easy to spot in a crowded drawer.
