The straight-edge blades slice cleanly without tearing the meat, so the juices actually stay on the plate instead of running everywhere. Having eight in the set means I'm not hand-washing between courses when we host.

Cut through a thick ribeye like butter and barely any juice ended up on the plate, which is exactly what I hoped for with straight-edge blades. The white handles look clean on the table too, and having eight means no scrambling when guests come over.

Owen K. ★★★★☆

Bought these to replace a serrated set and the straight edge really does keep the juices on the plate instead of smearing them around. Eight knives means I'm not washing one mid-meal when we have company. Only gripe is the white handles show every little smudge.
