Mini Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Black

I wasn't sure pint-sized blades could keep up during meal prep, but these are genuinely nimble and the black finish makes them look sharp on the counter. The handles fit my hand perfectly and they're so light that chopping herbs for a full hour left my wrist feeling fine.

These little knives handle shockingly well for their size; the blades are so light and nimble that chopping feels almost effortless. I've downsized my counter space and these fit perfectly without sacrificing any cutting power.

The smaller size took a minute to get used to, but they feel nicely balanced in hand and don't tire my wrist during prep. Blade weight is just right for quick, nimble chopping, though I wish the set came with a small storage block.
