Uma versão mais leve do clássico forno holandês. Aço inoxidável espesso de 5 camadas para um excelente controlo de calor, ideal para sopas, estufados, massa e refeições de uma só panela.
The 5-ply base heats so evenly that I don't get scorched spots when I sweat onions for soup. It's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron pot, which makes lifting a full batch of pasta off the stove way easier.
I've been using this for Sunday braises and the 5-ply steel holds a steady simmer way better than my old pot. It's noticeably lighter too, so lifting a full pot of stew off the stove doesn't feel like a workout.
The 5-ply base heats so evenly that I barely have to adjust the flame when browning meat, and it's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron pot. Made a big batch of chili in it last night and cleanup took two minutes.
