I've been braising short ribs and chicken thighs in this every weekend since it arrived, and the heat retention is unreal—things stay bubbling hot from stove to table without a single cold bite. The wide, shallow design gives me plenty of surface for a proper sear before the sauce goes in.

Leo C. ★★★★★

My braised short ribs came out impossibly tender, and the heat retention meant everything stayed bubbling hot from stove to table. The wide cooking surface made browning six chicken thighs in two batches instead of four, which honestly surprised me.
