Finally a spatula that doesn’t shred my cod fillets—the thin, flexible blade gets right under the skin without fighting me. Cleanup is a cinch too, just a quick rinse and it’s spotless. My only gripe is the handle feels a bit bare, but for the price, it’s earned a permanent spot in my drawer.

The edge is so thin it slides under salmon fillets without shredding them, and the flex is just right—first time my eggs came out whole on the flip. The stainless steel handle has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all.
