These things are total cabinet lifesavers. I love that I can just toss my stainless pans on top of each other and then flip the protector over to use as a trivet for hot cast iron straight off the stove. It takes up almost no room and the silicone grips really well.
I was skeptical it would actually stop my cast iron from clattering around the drawer, but the silicone grips it firmly enough that stacking pans is finally silent. Works great as a trivet too—I’ve set hot skillets right on it without a mark on the counter.
The indent on this protector catches the pan rim perfectly so it doesn’t slide off mid-stack, and my scratched-up skillet finally has a fighting chance. I also flip it over as a trivet for hot pots, which is way more useful than I expected for one piece of silicone.
