5-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - Blue

The rust-proof steel really holds up—I left one wet in the sink overnight and there wasn't a spot on it. The small paring knife has become my go-to for trimming herbs, and the big one went right through a butternut squash without fighting me.

Been using these daily for a couple weeks and they still slice through tomatoes without any dragging. The rust-proof steel is a relief since my last set started spotting after a few washes, and the small paring knife has become my go-to for everything.

The ACUTO440 steel actually holds up — I've been using the chef knife daily for a few weeks and it still slices tomatoes cleanly without honing. Five knives covering everything from big prep to detail work is exactly what my kitchen was missing.
