客製化直刃牛排刀 - ACUTO440 - 新品

The straight-edge blades sliced cleanly through my pork chops without tearing the meat, and I noticed way less juice on the cutting board. Having our last name engraved on the handle is a nice touch too.

Cut through a thick ribeye like it was butter, and I barely lost any juice on the board. The straight edge really does slice clean instead of tearing, which I didn't expect to notice as much as I did.

Cut through a thick ribeye like butter the first night, and I swear the juices stayed put instead of running all over the plate. The straight edge is a nice change from the serrated ones I've used for years, and the personalization came out crisp and clean.
