John ★★★★★

The curved lip actually pours clean without dribbling down the side, which I didn't expect to care about so much. Been using it for gravies and custards all week and cleanup is a breeze since it goes right in the dishwasher.

The rounded sides make whisking sauces so much smoother than my old straight-walled pot — nothing catches in the corners. And it goes straight into the dishwasher, which honestly sold me.

The curved lip on this thing pours so cleanly I don't even need a funnel for my stock reductions anymore. Been using it for gravies and custards all month and it's held up great. Tossed it in the dishwasher after every batch and it still looks brand new.
