Náš univerzální nůž pro každodenní přípravu jídel. Ideální, když je šéfkuchařský nůž příliš velký a nůž na loupání příliš malý.

I reach for this thing constantly now — it's the perfect middle ground when the chef's knife feels like overkill for an onion or a lemon. The 5.5" blade gives me enough control for smaller prep without feeling dinky.

The 5.5" size hits the sweet spot for dicing onions and mincing garlic when the big chef's knife feels like overkill. It's become the knife I grab first for quick weeknight prep.

Reached for this over my chef's knife for small stuff like shallots and herbs, and it's become the one I grab most mornings. The 5.5" length hits a sweet spot where a paring knife feels too tiny and the big blade feels like overkill.
