The blue finish really makes these stand out on my counter, and I use the five knives every single day without reaching for my old block once. The set covers everything from bread to herbs, and the included tools are a nice bonus I didn’t expect to use so often.
The chef’s knife handles most of my prep work fine, and the blue coating is holding up after a month. But the set feels a bit light overall, and I wish the included tools were a little more substantial for the price.
