Sauces glide off this spoon in a fine, even ribbon instead of pooling into blobs, which makes drizzling feel almost surgical. The tapered shape gives me real control when I'm dotting oil around a plate, and cleanup takes two seconds under hot water.

The pointed tip reaches into corners of a plate that my old spoons just couldn’t hit, and it feels nicely weighted in the hand. I’ve been using it for every sauce and drizzle since it arrived, and my plating game has honestly leveled up.

The narrow bowl makes drizzling sauce in a straight line almost effortless, and it feels solid without being heavy. I’ve been using it to finish every plate I send out, and the control is genuinely better than any regular spoon I’ve tried.
