The handle feels perfectly balanced, so I can whip egg whites to stiff peaks without my wrist getting tired. Switched from a balloon whisk to this for meringues and the control is noticeably better.

This thing cuts my pancake mixing time in half — the thin wires actually whip air in fast instead of just pushing batter around. Even my stiff meringue got smooth and glossy without me having to switch tools. I've already used it for eggs, crepes, and a quick frosting, and it hasn't missed a beat.
