ステンレス製フィッシュスパチュラ

My fried eggs finally come out of the pan in one piece instead of torn to bits. The flexible blade bends just enough to get under the yolk without breaking it, and the stainless steel still feels solid rather than flimsy.

The thin flexible edge slides right under fried fish without tearing the fillet apart, which my old stiff spatula could never manage. Stainless steel feels solid but the blade still flexes enough to get under eggs cleanly too.

I cracked an egg over the pan this morning and it slid out whole, no torn yolk. The thin flexible edge really does get under delicate food without wrecking it.
