Baked a whole chicken on one of these last Sunday and the skin came out crackly all over, not a single soggy patch on the bottom. They clean up shockingly easy too, just a quick rinse and the drippings slide right off.

The bright color is a nice bonus since I can spot them in the drawer easily. They did lift my chicken off the pan juices so the skin got properly crispy, though I wish they were a touch stiffer for heavier roasts.
