The blade takes off such a thin layer that I'm barely losing any potato with each pass. It glides through carrot skins without snagging, which my old peeler never managed.

The handle feels secure even when my hands are wet, which is a big deal when I'm peeling a pile of potatoes. The blade glides through carrot skins with barely any pressure, and I'm not losing half the vegetable to the trash anymore.

I was honestly shocked by how thin the peels come off—carrots and potatoes lose barely any flesh, so my prep scraps have shrunk to almost nothing. The blade stays sharp through a whole week of meal prepping without any dragging or catching on the skin.
