The chicken thighs came out with actual crispy skin instead of sitting in a puddle of grease, which never happened with my old metal rack. These silicone ones are squishy enough to bend for storage and clean up in seconds.
Wasn't sure these would make a difference but my chicken thighs finally came out with crispy skin instead of sitting in a puddle of grease. The silicone is oven-safe and easy to rinse off afterward too.
The silicone lifts the food just enough that the bottom of my potatoes actually got crispy instead of soggy. Cleaned up easy too, no scrubbing the stuck-on bits like with my metal rack.
