10" + 12" Stainless Steel Frying Pan

Tossed both pans straight into the dishwasher after a messy braise and they came out spotless, no warping at all. The 10-inch has basically become my daily egg pan.

Throw the 12-inch skillet straight into the dishwasher after frying chicken and it comes out spotless. No warping after months on my gas burner, and the sear on a steak is genuinely restaurant-level.

The 12-inch pan took a beating in my kitchen all week—searing steaks, then going straight into the dishwasher—and it still looks brand new with zero warping. That extra heft feels solid in hand, and it's the first stainless set I trust for both high-heat burns and quick weeknight cleanups.
