Peeling apples for my kid's lunch has gotten weirdly enjoyable with this thing — the small blade gives me way more control than my big chef's knife ever did. It's tiny enough to keep by the fruit bowl and the personalized handle makes it easy to spot in a crowded drawer.

The 3.5" blade is the perfect size for hulling strawberries over the sink, and it's sharp enough that I barely have to press down. Been reaching for it way more than my bigger knives for little jobs.

Peeling apples for my kid's lunch has gotten so much faster with this little thing. The 3.5" blade fits right in my hand and the edge slices through peach skin without any tearing. Honestly didn't expect a knife this small to feel this solid.
