Finally, a pair of tongs that actually feels balanced in my hand—no more awkward wrist strain when I'm flipping a heavy roast. The tips are precise enough that I can plate delicate garnishes without crushing them, which is exactly what I needed.

They do grip a roast well, and the stainless steel feels sturdy enough for heavy use. But they’re not as precise for plating as I hoped, the tips are a bit clunky for delicate work. Fine for everyday lifting, just not the all-rounder I expected.
