Aurora ★★★★★

My old lids never trapped enough moisture, but this one seals so well that my stews come out noticeably juicier now. The tempered glass is heavier than I expected, which actually makes it feel sturdy when I’m shaking the pan to toss vegetables.

Stella ★★★★★

Steam actually beads up on the underside instead of escaping, so my sauce reduced perfectly without splattering everywhere. The fit on my carbon steel pan is snug enough that I don't even need to check for gaps while simmering.

The glass is thick and sturdy, and the way it seals against the rim means my stews actually keep their moisture without me having to hover over the stove. I've used it every night since it arrived, and it's already replaced two old lids I had lying around.
