The neutral flavor is exactly what I hoped for—it doesn't fight with the garlic or herbs I'm sautéing. The 16 oz aluminum bottles are easy to grip and pour, and the two-pack means I've got a backup ready in the pantry.
The aluminum bottles are a nice touch—much easier to pour from than the plastic jugs I used to buy. The oil itself has zero smell or taste, which is perfect for when I’m making stir-fry and want the garlic and ginger to come through clean. Already ordered another pack.
